Correct timing to drink water, will maximize its effectiveness on the Human body.
2 glasses of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
1 glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack
So, hav enough water daily is enough le

birthday
celebrate my fren's birthday on 1 august

venue : she n her roomate's room
food n drinks were served : cake, chipmores,twisties,biscuits,100plus, n other soft drinks
time : abt 11pm if not wrong ^^
activities : sang bday's song , eat, drink,chit chat n take fotos
manage to take fotos with my fren's bear bear
